Loser

I'm not calling you losers,
just had a recent bout of losing.
It all started with my Ipod shuffle.
Missed it so bad I bought a new one.
I even got a sport case for it.
I'm keeping better tabs on it now.
I then got some sun glasses.
I'll let you guess the brand...
I got the Evil Eyesun glasses.
Loved them to death.
Had them for a week.
Probably loved them too much.
I still can't believe it,
just set them down,
and walked away.
No looking back,
and no tears shed.
The saddest part,
is I might purchase them again.
I guess I haven't really lost that much,
just two items.
Two items I enjoyed.
Rather intensely might I add.
All in all,
all is well.
Almost.
Just remembered about a bad article.
Came from the rolling stone magazine.
Someone reviewed a great movie. (haven't seen it)
Said it was not worth their time.
From what I hear,
Sin City is a movie to see.
Good thing I don't trust many,
if any music or movie critics.
Too bad I enjoy reviewing,
sometimes good,
sometimes slandering,
but always honest.
I call it how I see it.
It's all about money.
No one wants to be slammed,
or see the new thing bashed,
in a public magazine.
I wouldn't trust the radio either.
What with the pay olla scam.
Too bad it had to include Sony,
not directly,
but BMG is part of Sony.
Speaking of parts of my favorite brand,
Adidas just merged with Reebok.
All this in an effort to top Nike.
Looks like they're just doing it...
As for just doing it,
some people need to learn to step up.
Take charge,
and stand up for what's right.
Thats from a bit of anger,
work induced stress maybe.
Bad leadership creates bad followers.
Enough of that,
I try and leave work and work.
Don't like thinking about it,
especially on my free time.
I've got some new music to sample,
I'd tell you how it goes,
but I'd hate to turn into a critic...
